Pure vitamin C is powerful, and fragile. Heat, light and air break it down, and an Indian bathroom shelf in May has all three. Once it darkens, it does less for your skin and can leave a yellowish tint on your face.

Is this original Arencia?
Yes. Every unit is imported from Korea and carries an Indian importer sticker with MRP, batch number and expiry. If anything about your box looks wrong, message us and we'll sort it out.
I have oily skin and live somewhere humid. Will it feel sticky?
No. It's a lightweight serum that sinks in fast and sits well under sunscreen and makeup.
Will it sting?
A light tingle in the first few uses is normal with vitamin C. Start every other day and patch test first if your skin is sensitive. If redness or burning doesn't settle, stop using it.
Can I use it with my niacinamide serum?
It already contains niacinamide, so you may not need a separate one. If you do layer, apply the Booster Shot first.
Can I use it with retinol, AHA or BHA?
Not in the same routine. Use the Booster Shot in the morning and keep retinoids and exfoliating acids for the night.
My serum's colour looks slightly different from my last bottle. Is that okay?
Yes. Arencia notes that the colour can vary a little between batches because of the gardenia extract in the formula. It doesn't affect quality.
How long does one bottle last?
About 2 to 3 months with daily morning use, longer if you use it every other day.
Can men use it?
Absolutely. Tan and dullness don't check gender.
I'm pregnant or breastfeeding. Can I use it?

How fast will it reach me?
Metro cities usually get it in 2 to 4 days and the rest of India in 4 to 7 days. You'll get tracking on WhatsApp once it ships.
